Stop the eviction: 4 months of rent for Chloé's family in Rabat

Following a long illness in the family, Chloé fell 4 months behind on rent. Last Monday a 10-day notice to quit was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $1,050.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by August, the family must leave.
There are a teenager still in school at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Chloé has started working extra hours at a market stall, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.

• Rent arrears (4 months): $770
• Late fees and court costs: $45
• Utilities in arrears: $35
• First month of rent as a buffer: $200

I was in a similar spot a few years ago and it did get better. My mother had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Thinking of Rabat!
