Stop the eviction: 3 months of rent for Parvathi's family in Nagpur
A termination letter arrived last week. Parvathi needs $650 to clear the arrears and stay housed in Nagpur.

Following a long illness in the family, Parvathi fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Thursday a termination letter was taped to the door, and the amount owed is $650.
The landlord was understanding for a while, but has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by September, the family must leave.
There are two young children at home. Moving would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
Parvathi has started working weekend shifts, and is applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
The money will be paid directly to the landlord and I'll upload the receipt once it's done.
Where the $650 goes:
• Rent arrears (3 months): $490
• Late fees and court costs: $45
• Utilities in arrears: $20
• First month of rent as a buffer: $95
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.
