Stop the eviction: 3 months of rent for Mongkol's family in Chiang Mai
A long illness left Mongkol short on rent for 3 months; help us stay in our home.

When the construction firm closed in February, I fell 3 months behind on rent. Last Tuesday a court summons for non-payment was taped to my door, and the amount I owe is $500.
My landlord has been understanding for a while, but he has now been clear: if the arrears aren't cleared by June, we must leave.
I have a toddler and a baby at home. Moving isn't just an expense - it would mean new schools, a new commute and no deposit to put down anywhere else.
I have started working weekend shifts, and I'm applying for help from local services, but nothing will arrive in time without the rest of the gap covered here.
Funds go to the landlord and nowhere else. Any amount left over after the arrears are cleared will go toward next month's rent.
Where the $500 goes:
• Utilities in arrears: $40
• Late fees and court costs: $60
• Rent arrears (3 months): $400
I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.

I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. Love from Santos
Rooting for you, Mongkol. I hope your landlord gives you a bit more time while this comes together. We're a small family in Riyadh but we're thinking of you. All the best.
so sorry you're going through this. Gave what I could, wish it was more. Thinking of Chiang Mai
