Start-up fund for Slamet: reopening a flower stall after floodwater
Slamet has run a flower stall for three years; floodwater destroyed the equipment, and $500 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a flower stall in Bandung. In July, floodwater took display cabinets and a cooler. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Tuesday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $500 goes:
• Initial stock: seasonal flowers: $50
• Shop repairs and licensing: $30
• Replacing display cabinets and a cooler: $420
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

So sorry you're going through this. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I went through something like this 13 years ago and strangers helped me out. Love from Pune.
