Start-up fund for Saoirse: reopening a street-food cart after the demolition of the market
A street-food cart in Dublin needs help replacing a gas stove and two refrigerators after the demolition of the market.

For three years I have run a street-food cart in Dublin. In November, the demolition of the market took a gas stove and two refrigerators. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Wednesday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 6 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $4,350 goes:
• Replacing a gas stove and two refrigerators: $2,350
• Initial stock: ingredients: $620
• Shop repairs and licensing: $620
• Working capital for the first month: $760
Glad we found this place.

Praying for you, Saoirse. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I'm in engineering myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you. Blessings
You're not alone, Saoirse. Hope you make a strong comeback. My sister had a similar thing happen so this one hit home. Love from Mumbai.
Thanks for sharing this. This could happen to any of us. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day. Greetings from Jakarta.
Sending love, Saoirse. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. I hope February is when things finally get easier. Thinking of Dublin
