Start-up fund for Rani: reopening a bicycle repair shop after floodwater
A bicycle repair shop in New Delhi needs help replacing a full set of tools after floodwater.

For four years I have run a bicycle repair shop in New Delhi. In August, floodwater took a full set of tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Friday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $350 goes:
ā¢ Working capital for the first month: $90
ā¢ Shop repairs and licensing: $70
ā¢ Replacing a full set of tools: $190
Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself.

So sorry you're going through this, Rani. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. After 25 years in teaching I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Greetings from Irapuato
