Start-up fund for Na-young: reopening a street-food cart after a long illness and repossession
Na-young has run a street-food cart for three years; a long illness and repossession destroyed the equipment, and $1,000 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a street-food cart in Seoul. In March, a long illness and repossession took a gas stove and two refrigerators. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 1 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 7 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
Once I'm back on my feet I plan to hire back the people I had to let go.
Where the $1,000 goes:
• Initial stock: ingredients: $210
• Working capital for the first month: $450
• Shop repairs and licensing: $340
Every share and every dollar helps.

Shared it with a few friends. My husband and I read this together. Thinking of Seoul.
Keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Don't be hard on yourself for asking
Thinking of you. Hope the shop reopens soon. We're a small family in Thủ Đức but we're thinking of you
