Start-up fund for Hani: reopening a neighborhood bakery after floodwater
Hani lost a commercial oven to floodwater and needs $450 to reopen a neighborhood bakery and support the family.

For nine years I have run a neighborhood bakery in Depok. In July, floodwater took a commercial oven. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Monday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 12 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $450 goes:
• Replacing a commercial oven: $310
• Shop repairs and licensing: $30
• Working capital for the first month: $110
I'll pay this kindness forward the moment I'm able to.

You're not alone, Hani. This could happen to any of us. My daughter saw me on my phone and now she wants to give her pocket money!
Sending love, Hani. Hope you make a strong comeback. We had a similar scare last year, I know what it feels like. Take care!
wishing you peace. Hope you make a strong comeback. Don't give up.
Thinking of you and your family, Hani. Hope you get there. Don't be hard on yourself for asking. Blessings.
