Start-up fund for Chinedu: reopening a phone repair counter after the demolition of the market
Chinedu has run a phone repair counter for three years; the demolition of the market destroyed the equipment, and $600 will put it back on its feet.

For three years I have run a phone repair counter in Wudil. In November, the demolition of the market took a soldering station and testing tools. I have no insurance, and the bank won't lend to me.
Before that, my customers came every Saturday, and I employed 3 people from the neighborhood. I have been out of business for 10 weeks.
This business pays my children's school fees and rent. I have already started working from home in small ways, but I can't meet orders without proper equipment.
Every contribution brings me closer to reopening, and I promise to post photos as I buy each item.
I'll buy equipment from local suppliers and post photos and receipts as I go.
Where the $600 goes:
• Replacing a soldering station and testing tools: $370
• Initial stock: replacement parts: $105
• Shop repairs and licensing: $45
• Working capital for the first month: $80
If you can't give, please share this page. It does reach people.

Gave what I could, wish it was more. Sent it to 5 people at work. Thinking of Wudil.
Hope it all works out. I'd happily buy from you once you're back up. It's not much but it's yours
