Wilma was diagnosed with early-stage lung cancer in April. The oncology team at Stockholm Cancer Centre has planned 6 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Wilma is 47, worked as a bank teller until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Stockholm Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $4,600
• Transport to Stockholm Cancer Centre: $840
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,300
• Scans and lab work: $1,060
