Standing with Tumusiime: stage 2 breast cancer treatment costs

Tumusiime was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in February. The oncology team at Eldoret Regional Medical Center has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in May. He will be away from work for about 10 weeks.
Tumusiime is 40, worked as a hairdresser until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Eldoret Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,050
• Transport to Eldoret Regional Medical Center: $110
• Household costs while unable to work: $190

Sure. The biggest one is chemotherapy and medication not covered, $1,050. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. Thanks for asking.
