Standing with Shazia: stage 2 breast cancer treatment costs

Shazia was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in May. The oncology team at Faisalabad University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. She will be away from work for about 5 weeks. Shazia is 28, worked as a construction supervisor until May, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Faisalabad University Hospital 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
