Standing with Ramón: colon cancer treatment costs
10 rounds of treatment are planned at Tarragona Cancer Centre; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Ramón was diagnosed with colon cancer in October. The oncology team at Tarragona Cancer Centre has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in January. He will be away from work for about 12 weeks.
Ramón is 39, worked as a shop owner until October, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Tarragona Cancer Centre 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $3,300 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $840
• Transport to Tarragona Cancer Centre: $660
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $570
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,230
