Standing with Pichai: stage 2 breast cancer treatment costs

Pichai was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in June. The oncology team at Bangkok Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. He will be away from work for about 8 weeks.
Pichai is 47, worked as a bus conductor until June, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Bangkok Cancer Centre 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $2,250 goes:
• Transport to Bangkok Cancer Centre: $250
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $195
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,500
• Scans and lab work: $305

Is there a list of costs somewhere? Just curious how it adds up for Pichai.
Sure. The biggest one is transport to Bangkok Cancer Centre, $250. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. It helps to be asked.
