Standing with Nilesh: stage 2 breast cancer treatment costs
10 rounds of treatment are planned at Mumbai University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Nilesh was diagnosed with stage 2 breast cancer in August. The oncology team at Mumbai University Hospital has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Nilesh is 50, worked as a bus conductor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Mumbai University Hospital 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $350 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $175
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $65
• Scans and lab work: $110
You're what makes this possible, and I'll never forget it.
