Standing with Nevaeh: colon cancer treatment costs
Nevaeh is facing colon cancer and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Nevaeh was diagnosed with colon cancer in September. The oncology team at Parramatta Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks.
Nevaeh is 38, worked as a shop owner until September, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Parramatta Regional Medical Center 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.

• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $5,500
• Scans and lab work: $820
• Transport to Parramatta Regional Medical Center: $710
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $360
• Household costs while unable to work: $960
