Standing with Naveed: non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment costs
12 rounds of treatment are planned at Karachi Regional Medical Center; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Naveed was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Karachi Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 7 weeks.
Naveed is 40, worked as a cleaner at a hospital until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Karachi Regional Medical Center 5 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes.
Where the $1,550 goes:
• Scans and lab work: $185
• Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,050
• Household costs while unable to work: $230
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $85

Everything on the list is an amount I've been quoted or invoiced. scans and lab work comes first ($185) and I'll update the page as each thing gets paid.
