Jannat is facing non-Hodgkin lymphoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Jannat was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at the Dhaka Oncology Institute has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in October. She will be away from work for about 7 weeks. Jannat is 43, worked as a hairdresser until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Dhaka Oncology Institute 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $950 goes: • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $75 • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $520 • Scans and lab work: $110 • Household costs while unable to work: $245 If you're reading this, thank you.
