Standing with Ifeoma: kidney cancer treatment costs

Ifeoma was diagnosed with kidney cancer in February. The oncology team at the Lagos Oncology Institute has planned 10 rounds of treatment, starting in June. She will be away from work for about 10 weeks. Ifeoma is 26, worked as a tailor until February, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to the Lagos Oncology Institute 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
