Standing with Harsh: non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment costs

Harsh is facing non-Hodgkin lymphoma and the cost of treatment, travel and care at home is far beyond what the family can cover.

Harsh was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in August. The oncology team at Varanasi Cancer Centre has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in November. He will be away from work for about 3 weeks. Harsh is 51, worked as a construction supervisor until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Varanasi Cancer Centre 2 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $400 goes: • Transport to Varanasi Cancer Centre: $145 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $130 • Household costs while unable to work: $125 Glad we found this place.
