Fitri was diagnosed with prostate cancer in August. The oncology team at Jakarta Regional Medical Center has planned 12 rounds of treatment, starting in September. She will be away from work for about 6 weeks. Fitri is 28, worked as a nurse until August, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after her. Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Jakarta Regional Medical Center 4 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly. We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off her shoulders. I'll post every invoice and receipt as an update so donors can follow where each gift goes. Where the $1,700 goes: • Chemotherapy and medication not covered: $1,000 • Scans and lab work: $195 • Transport to Jakarta Regional Medical Center: $145 • Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $65 • Household costs while unable to work: $295 Even a small gift gets used right away and I'll thank you myself. - Jihan
