Standing with Andrew: non-Hodgkin lymphoma treatment costs
8 rounds of treatment are planned at Manchester University Hospital; we're asking for help with the costs insurance doesn't cover.

Andrew was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin lymphoma in April. The oncology team at Manchester University Hospital has planned 8 rounds of treatment, starting in July. He will be away from work for about 5 weeks.
Andrew is 26, worked as a construction supervisor until April, and has always been the one who looks after everyone else. Now it's our turn to look after him.
Treatment is covered only in part. Medication that isn't on the approved list, trips to Manchester University Hospital 3 times a week, and the income the family has lost add up quickly.
We've already sold what we could and have begun borrowing for groceries. Every kindness from you takes weight off his shoulders.
Funds will be used only for treatment, medication, transport to appointments and essential living costs during treatment.
Where the $2,500 goes:
• Household costs while unable to work: $1,400
• Transport to Manchester University Hospital: $420
• Nutrition and supplements prescribed by the care team: $680
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

praying for you, Emma. Shared this with my family. My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Greetings from Negombo.
