Silvia's final semester of a pharmacy diploma in Riverside

Silvia is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at Riverside University, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,900.
The registrar has said Silvia can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Silvia has a 3.6 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Silvia would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Silvia isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Riverside University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
