Yinka won a place at Awka International School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

Awka
Yinka earned a place in Year 10 at Awka International School, and the family couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things He needs, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform. The family has few resources; the list costs $150, which is more than they have. Yinka loves design and technology and wants to become a doctor. A laptop will allow coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours. He will take care of everything given and works very hard. Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag. Where the $150 goes: • Textbooks and workbooks: $45 • Laptop: $75 • School uniform and shoes: $30 I never thought I'd be the one asking, and I'm grateful for every bit of support.
