School supplies and a laptop for Rani in San Francisco
Rani won a place at San Francisco Technical College but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.
🇺🇸 United States1,698 views
I earned a place in Year 11 at San Francisco Technical College, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the coding course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $1,100, which is more than we have.
I love coding and want to become an architect. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $1,100 goes:
• Textbooks and workbooks: $160
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $100
• Laptop: $840
Please ask me anything in the questions section. I'll answer honestly and quickly.

Good luck, Rani. I hope things turn around soon. Don't give up. Take care.
gave what I could, wish it was more. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. All the best.
Is there anything that isn't money that would help Rani?
Sharing the link is the biggest thing. And if you know anything about textbooks and workbooks, advice is welcome too. Happy to explain more.
Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. I'm in nursing myself and wanted you to know we're cheering for you
Praying for you, Rani. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Blessings
sending strength, Rani. Study hard! My late mom used to say help given quietly counts double. Take care
