I earned a place in Year 11 at Manchester Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the design and technology course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $900, which is more than we have.
I love design and technology and want to become a nurse. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
Items on the list: laptop, uniform, shoes, textbooks, calculator and a bag.
Where the $900 goes:
• Laptop: $520
• School uniform and shoes: $170
• Textbooks and workbooks: $155
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $55
Thank you so much.

Sending good thoughts. Good luck with the exams, you've got this. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected. Greetings from Los Angeles
Hope this works out for you. Love from Islamabad!
As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Don't give up. Love from Bristol.
