School supplies and a laptop for Mandla in Johannesburg
Help Mandla begin the first year of senior school with a laptop, uniform and books.
Anywhere in the world503 views
I earned a place in the first year of senior school at Johannesburg Science Academy, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the graphic design course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $250, which is more than we have.
I love graphic design and want to become an architect. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $250 goes:
• Laptop: $135
• School uniform and shoes: $50
• Textbooks and workbooks: $35
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $30
Thank you so much.
