School supplies and a laptop for Elaine in Londrina
Elaine won a place at Londrina Girls' High School but the family can't afford the uniform, books and laptop required.

I earned a place in Year 10 at Londrina Girls' High School, and I couldn't be prouder. The school has a long list of things I need, including a laptop for the chemistry course, and a uniform.
My mother works two jobs, and the list costs $350, which is more than we have.
I love chemistry and want to become a doctor. A laptop will let me do coursework at home instead of waiting for library hours.
I'll take care of everything you give me and I promise to work hard.
I'll buy the items from the school's approved supplier and post photos of everything.
Where the $350 goes:
• Laptop: $200
• School uniform and shoes: $70
• Textbooks and workbooks: $60
• Calculator, stationery and a school bag: $20
Every share and every dollar helps.

Shared this with my family. I'll check back for the next update. Love from Madurai.
This could happen to any of us. My husband and I read this together. Greetings from Akron
