Sunny is my dog of three years. On 12 June we rushed to Mar del Plata Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $400. They have stabilized Sunny, but the treatment can't wait beyond August. Sunny is more than a pet - Sunny is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mar del Plata Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals. Where the $400 goes: • Hospitalization (3 nights): $115 • Medication and follow-up visits: $60 • Emergency surgery: $225 I hope life is good to you.
