Save Rosie: Lily can't afford the emergency vet

Rosie is my German shepherd of eleven years. On 6 October we rushed to the Sydney Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $1,350.
They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond January.
Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $185 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Sydney Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $1,350 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $610
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $310
• Medication and follow-up visits: $250
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $180
