Rosie is my three-legged dog of thirteen years. On 22 August we rushed to Mobile Animal Hospital with pyometra. The vet recommends orthopedic surgery, and the estimate came to $650. They have stabilized Rosie, but the treatment can't wait beyond November. Rosie is more than a pet - Rosie is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $390 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mobile Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals. Where the $650 goes: • Hospitalization (3 nights): $350 • Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $170 • Medication and follow-up visits: $130 I hope life is good to you.
