Save Poppy: Madhuri can't afford the emergency vet

Poppy is my senior cat of thirteen years. On 17 December we rushed to Mumbai Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $350. They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond February. Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is a retired therapy animal who has comforted dozens of patients. I have already put $50 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan. Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back. If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Mumbai Animal Hospital's charity fund for other animals.
