Save Poppy: Iman can't afford the emergency vet
A senior cat named Poppy needs emergency surgery - a $450 bill the family can't cover.

Poppy is my senior cat of eleven years. On 2 August we rushed to Cairo Animal Hospital with bloat. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $450.
They have stabilized Poppy, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Poppy is more than a pet - Poppy is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $15 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Cairo Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Poppy's recovery.
Where the $450 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $280
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $70
• Medication and follow-up visits: $40
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $60
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.
