Save Oscar: Chebet can't afford the emergency vet

Oscar is my tabby kitten of thirteen years. On 19 February we rushed to Kasarani Veterinary Centre with a tumor on the spleen. The vet recommends a hospital stay and surgery, and the estimate came to $300.
They have stabilized Oscar, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Oscar is more than a pet - Oscar got me through my hardest year. I have already put $40 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to Kasarani Veterinary Centre's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $300 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $30
• Emergency surgery: $220
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
