Save Finn: Noah can't afford the emergency vet
A German shepherd named Finn needs an operation to remove the blockage - a $800 bill the family can't cover.

Finn is my German shepherd of nine years. On 11 September we rushed to the Stockholm Emergency Vet Clinic with severe tick fever. The vet recommends an operation to remove the blockage, and the estimate came to $800.
They have stabilized Finn, but the treatment can't wait beyond October.
Finn is more than a pet - Finn is the reason I get out of bed. I have already put $350 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
If more is raised than needed, the surplus goes to the Stockholm Emergency Vet Clinic's charity fund for other animals.
Where the $800 goes:
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $240
• Medication and follow-up visits: $125
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $435
Thanks for being kind about this.

Stay strong. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. Thinking of Stockholm.
Wishing you the best. Your post was clear and honest. My husband and I read this together. God bless.
this could happen to any of us. After 25 years in engineering I know how hard it's to ask for anything. Thinking of Stockholm.
