Buddy is my German shepherd of two years. On 16 February we rushed to Mumbai Animal Hospital with a broken leg after a road accident. The vet recommends emergency surgery, and the estimate came to $200.
They have stabilized Buddy, but the treatment can't wait beyond April.
Buddy is more than a pet - Buddy walks my kids to the bus stop every morning. I have already put $55 toward the bills and asked for a payment plan.
Whatever I can't raise, I'll repay to anyone who needs it back.
Funds will be paid straight to Mumbai Animal Hospital and I'll share the invoice and an update on Buddy's recovery.
Where the $200 goes:
• Emergency surgery: $90
• Hospitalization (2 nights): $40
• Medication and follow-up visits: $50
• Diagnostics (X-ray, bloodwork): $20
