Rita's final semester of a degree in social work in Accra

Rita is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Accra University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a delivery rider to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $400. The registrar has said Rita can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Rita has a 3.8 average, and a faculty supervisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Rita would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Rita isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Accra University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
