Rebuilding after the flood: the families of Hillcrest Lane needs your help
After the flood, families in the families of Hillcrest Lane need clean water, roofing materials and bedding.

The flood hit the families of Hillcrest Lane on 1 September. My home was one of 33 damaged, and 12 families are still in temporary shelter at the sports club.
The first few days we shared what little we had. Now the cleanup has started, but we've no money for materials and winter or the rainy season is coming.
Schools in the area have been closed, and the clinic lost its cold storage for vaccines. We're a small community of working families who have never asked for help before.
We have formed a volunteer committee, and I'm the treasurer, so I'll post receipts for everything we buy.
Funds go to building materials, water purification supplies, bedding, and food for families still in shelters.
Where the $950 goes:
• Clean water and purification supplies: $100
• Tools and labor for repairs: $200
• Roofing sheets and timber: $540
• Bedding, blankets and mattresses: $110
Thanks for being kind about this.

Hope this works out for you. My neighbor in Surakarta donated after I showed her your page. Greetings from Surakarta.
Thinking of you. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. The breakdown of costs made it easy to trust. Blessings.
take care, Hậu. More neighborhoods should do this
