After the death of both parents, I've struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. My doctor has referred me to family counseling, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Cairo Counselling Collective cost $20 each.
I have been honest with my employer and taken some time off, but I can't keep going without support.
Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions I could afford. My therapist recommends 10 weekly sessions, and I know that consistent help will make the difference.
Asking for help with this has been the hardest part, and I'm grateful for your kindness without judgment.
The money will be paid directly to the counselor's practice, with a session-by-session record.

Sure. The biggest one is 10 therapy sessions, $210. The rest is in the list at the bottom of the post and I'll upload receipts as I pay each one. I'll keep the page updated.
