After the loss of my brother, Rabia has struggled with anxiety, sleep and panic attacks. The doctor has referred her to trauma-focused CBT, but the public waiting list is 6 months, and private sessions at the Regensburg Counselling Collective cost $95 each. Rabia has been honest with her employer and taken some time off, but can't keep going without support. Therapy has already helped a little in the sessions Rabia could afford. The therapist recommends 16 weekly sessions, and consistent help will make the difference.
