I make my living with my tuk-tuk. 5 weeks ago the rear axle failed, and the mechanic says the repair will cost $450. Without the vehicle I earn nothing.
I have been borrowing from friends to pay rent, and now I have run out of people to ask.
I support my wife and our newborn. Before the breakdown I worked ten hours a day, six days a week. I have been offered extra shifts for the next four months if I can just get the vehicle working.
I have a written estimate from a certified mechanic and will upload it here.
All money will go toward the parts and labor on the estimate, with a small amount for road tax and insurance renewal.
Where the $450 goes:
• rear axle replacement (parts): $370
• Towing and inspection: $35
• Labor charges: $45
I hope life is good to you.

Sending love, Orhan. Hope you get there. Greetings from Brampton.
Keep going, Orhan. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. We lost years of savings to something like this so I get it. All the best.
So sorry you're going through this, Orhan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier.
Hope the shop reopens soon. My neighbor in Lucknow donated after I showed her your page. God bless!
You're not alone, Orhan. Everyone deserves a bit of help sometimes. All the best.
