One semester away: help Thu graduate from the Hồ Chí Minh City Institute of Technology

Thu is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a pharmacy diploma at the Hồ Chí Minh City Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a shop assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $500.
The registrar has said Thu can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Thu has a first-class average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Thu would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Thu isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
