One semester away: help Shaista graduate from Hyderabad State College

Shaista is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying an agriculture degree at Hyderabad State College, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $600.
The registrar has said Shaista can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Shaista has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Shaista would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Shaista isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Hyderabad State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
