One semester away: help Roman graduate from Townsville Community College
Roman has worked and saved for four years to study an accounting degree; a $3,600 gap now stands between him and graduation.

I'm the first person in my family to go to university. I'm studying an accounting degree at Townsville Community College, and I'm two terms away from graduating. I have worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay my way, but this term my hours were cut and I have an unpaid balance of $3,600.
The registrar has told me I can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. I have a 3.8 average, and my faculty supervisor has written in support of my application for a payment plan.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support my younger siblings. Without enrolling this term I'd lose my place and my scholarship eligibility.
I'm not asking for a handout - I want to finish what I started and then help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Townsville Community College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $3,600 goes:
• Textbooks and materials: $370
• Final term tuition: $1,300
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,930
Thanks for reading all this.

wishing you peace. Looking forward to the next update. I went through something like this 14 years ago and strangers helped me out
It takes guts to ask. Well done. Put this on a community board in Kolkata this morning. All the best
keep going. Reading this made my day a bit heavier but I'm glad I did. Please keep us posted. Thinking of Townsville.
Praying for you, Roman. As a teacher I love seeing someone work this hard to learn. Read this on the bus and kept thinking about it all day
