One semester away: help Noah graduate from Hamburg State College

Noah is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying an electrical engineering diploma at Hamburg State College, and is one term away from graduating. He has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $2,750.
The registrar has said Noah can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Noah has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Noah would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Noah isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
Everything raised goes to the university's accounts office toward the outstanding balance and the final term's fees.
