Gwagwalada
Ngozi is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a master's in public health at Gwagwalada University, and is one term away from graduating. She has worked as a library assistant to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $300. The registrar has said Ngozi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Ngozi has a 3.9 average, and a department head has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Ngozi would lose her place and scholarship eligibility. Ngozi isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Gwagwalada University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt. Where the $300 goes: • Exam and lab fees: $25 • Textbooks and materials: $45 • Final term tuition: $230 With deep gratitude, Nonso
