One semester away: help Karthik graduate from Pune State College
Karthik is one semester away from finishing a computer science degree but is blocked from enrolling by an unpaid balance of $700.

Karthik is the first person in the family to go to university. He is studying a computer science degree at Pune State College, and is one semester away from graduating. He has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $700.
The registrar has said Karthik can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Karthik has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Karthik would lose his place and scholarship eligibility.
Karthik isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Pune State College bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $700 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $490
• Final term tuition: $200
• Exam and lab fees: $10

Hope it all works out, Raghavan. I've been in a tough spot myself and it does get easier. Don't lose heart. A few weeks ago I was in a hole too and it changed faster than I expected.
