One semester away: help Carmen graduate from Iași University
Carmen has worked and saved for five years to study a degree in social work; a $1,600 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Carmen is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a degree in social work at Iași University, and is one semester away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $1,600.
The registrar has said Carmen can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Carmen has a 3.6 average, and an academic advisor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Carmen would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Carmen isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the Iași University bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.

• Outstanding tuition balance: $890
• Final term tuition: $500
• Exam and lab fees: $105
• Textbooks and materials: $105
