He has worked as a night-shift cleaner to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $550. The registrar has said Budi can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Budi has a first-class average, and an academic advisor has written in support. Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Budi would lose his place and scholarship eligibility. Budi isn't asking for a handout - He wants to finish what He started and help the next student. The payment will go directly to the Yogyakarta Community College bursar's office.
