Audrey has worked and saved for four years to study a nursing degree; a $5,000 gap now stands between her and graduation.

Audrey is the first person in the family to go to university. She is studying a nursing degree at the Orlando Institute of Technology, and is two terms away from graduating. She has worked as a tutor to pay the way, but this term the hours were cut and there's an unpaid balance of $5,000.
The registrar has said Audrey can't enroll for the next term until the balance is cleared. Audrey has a 3.9 average, and a professor has written in support.
Graduating means a stable job and the chance to support the younger siblings. Without enrolling this term Audrey would lose her place and scholarship eligibility.
Audrey isn't asking for a handout - She wants to finish what She started and help the next student.
The payment will go directly to the the Orlando Institute of Technology bursar's office. I'll post the receipt.
Where the $5,000 goes:
• Outstanding tuition balance: $1,550
• Final term tuition: $3,350
• Textbooks and materials: $100
Ask me anything below before you decide. I'd rather you were sure.

- 2026-06-23
- bill type
- University tuition

I hope things turn around soon. Thinking of Orlando.
